This collage is part of a series made in an art residence in Harwich. During my time there, I was exposed to a culture related to the sea in every aspect: the landscape, jobs, hobbies, lifestyle, and architecture. Although, in very different ways, some were protecting it, enjoying it, contemplating it, while others were taking advantage of it, exploiting the resources.
